Services must be ordered at least six(6) working days in advance.
Shorter notice may demand higher service fee, due to additional logistics expenses.
It is customer responsibility to provide IQ Solutions with applicable documents (Inspection specification or Audit check list).
All applicable documents must be presented to IQ Solutions not less than 4 working days before scheduled date for the inspection / audit.
Late presentation of applicable documents may cause service postponement or cancellation.
It is customer's responsibility to acknowledge the supplier with the inspection / audit.
It is his duty to provide with all information, give all necessary logistic help and assure that relevant job holders will be present at the supplier's site during the inspection / audit.
It is customer's responsibility to assure the availability of all parts to be inspected.
Waiting, postponing and lost of workdays because of any logistic reasons, which are not depended on IQ Solutions, will be charged as working man days.
Inspections will be done using the supplier's equipment. It is the customer's duty to assure availability of proper and calibrated inspection equipment.
Partial inspection, discrepancies or biased results and conclusions caused by Lack of inspection equipment, impropriate or non calibrated equipment supplied by the vendor is sole customer responsibility and will be not considered as IQ Solutions fault or responsibility.
Changes of any nature will be accepted only trough the contact person at IQ Solution's office, Israel. Any changes or instruction directly from the supplier will not be accepted.
In any case changes being given less than 2 working days before scheduled date for the inspection / audit, IQ Solutions has the right to charge the customer for additional work without any advance notice.
Cancellation of inspection / audit requires an advanced notice of six (6) working days.
Late notification will cause full charge of order fee.
Weekly charge is possible only with advance notice. Addition of workdays will be charged as man days according to IQ Solutions list of price.
It is clear and agreed that IQ Solutions product is a sample inspection report and / or audit report which reflects findings at the time and place of inspection or audit
Quality of product is the supplier's exclusive responsibility.
It is clear and agreed that sample inspection is subjected to supplier and customer risk and does not necessarily reflect the quality of the whole batch. Findings and conclusions are subjected to sampling plan limitations.
It is clear and agreed that Inspection report does not evidence shipment.
It is sole supplier's responsibility to supply the sampled batch and to avoid any damage after the inspection.
The inspection or Audit report does not relieve the sellers from their contractual obligations nor prejudice buyer’s right for compensation for any apparent and/or
hidden defects not detected during our random inspection or occurring thereafter.
IQ Solutions undertakes to use its best efforts and to exercise due care and skill in the performance of its Services. It is clear and agreed that in any case that IQ Solutions employee did not notice or did not document any non conformity or in case of clear and significant discrepancies between IQ Solution report and receiving inspection findings due to proven fault of IQ Solutions workers and representatives.
IQ Solution's responsibility will be limited to the fee paid for the specific Services for which a claim is made.
In the event of any claim, notice must be given to IQS within seven days following discovery of the facts, or two months from the completion of the IQS Service.
The customer is obligated not to hire, directly or indirectly by any third party, IQ Solution's employees or representatives for a period of 5 years after finalization of commercial relations between the two parties.
