1.Working day is defined as 8 hours. Working days are Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are defined as weekend. Holidays and national days are according to state in which the service is being given. Minimum charge at weekends and, holidays and national days is 6 hours. 2.In case that work load requires 2 man days or more, additional charge of 50$ in China and 120 € In Europe will be added to total cost for accommodation. 3.Work will be based upon Service Order Form and applicable documents as given by the customer. 4.It is strongly recommended to use controlled documents (specifying revision/date of issue, numbering – page, of, approver). 5.All applicable documents must be presented to IQ Solutions not less than 8 working days before scheduled date for the inspection / audit, for new supplier and not less than 4 working days for recurring supplier. 6.Work load is estimated according to applicable documents given by the customer. Total work extent might change according to circumstances in practice. Addition of 4 hours or less, do not require customer approval in advance and will be charged in accordance to IQ Solution's price list, including accommodation charges, if necessary. 7.It is customer's responsibility to acknowledge the supplier with the inspection / audit. It is his duty to provide with all information, give all necessary logistic help and assure that relevant job holders will be present at the supplier's site during the inspection / audit. 8.It is customer's responsibility to assure the availability of all parts to be inspected. Waiting, postponing and lost of workdays because of any logistic reasons, which are not depended on IQ Solutions, will be charged as working man days. 9.Inspections will be done using the supplier's equipment. It is the customer's duty to assure availability of proper and calibrated inspection equipment. Partial inspection, discrepancies or biased results and conclusions caused by Lack of inspection equipment, impropriate or non calibrated equipment supplied by the vendor is sole customer responsibility and will be not considered as IQ Solutions fault or responsibility. 10.Changes of any nature will be accepted only trough the contact person at IQ Solution's office, Israel. Any changes or instruction directly from the supplier will not be accepted. 11.In any case changes being given less than 2 working days before scheduled date for the inspection / audit, IQ Solutions has the right to charge the customer for additional working without any advance notice. 12.Cancellation of inspection / audit requires an advanced notice of number of days equivalent to numbers of days ordered. 13.Weekly charge is possible only with advance notice. Addition of workdays will be charged as man days according to IQ Solutions list of price. 14.It is clear and agreed that IQ Solutions product is a sample inspection report and / or audit report. Quality of product is the supplier's exclusive responsibility. 15.It is clear and agreed that sample inspection is subjected to supplier and customer risk and does not necessarily reflect the quality of the whole batch. Findings and conclusions are subjected to sampling plan limitations. 16. It is the supplier's responsibility to supply the sampled batch and to avoid any damage after the inspection. 17.IQ Solutions undertakes to use its best efforts and to exercise due care and skill in the performance of its Services. It is clear and agreed that in any case that IQ Solutions employee did not notice or did not document any non conformity or in case of clear and significant discrepancies between IQ Solution report and receiving inspection findings due to proven fault of IQ Solutions workers and representatives , IQ Solution's responsibility will be limited to sum of fees paid for the specific Services for which a claim is made. 18.In the event of any claim, notice must be given to IQS within seven days following discovery of the facts, or two months from the completion of the IQS Service. 19.The customer is obligated not to hire, directly or indirectly by any third party, IQ Solution's employees or representatives for a period of 5 years after finalization of commercial relations between the two parties.
